Caring about your day to day experience is at the heart of what we do. Our success is measured through resident satisfaction. We survey our residents periodically to ensure the services provided are top notch and person centered to meet every expressed and even unexpressed needs of our residents. Our 2019 survey encompassed over 90 percent of our resident and family.
Overall satisfaction was 92 percent. Our residents and their families are our best source for referrals with 99 percent stating they would recommend Autumn Care to family and friends. He has a degree in health care administration from the University of Seventh Day Adventist, is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a licensed building contractor.
Peter has worked for some of the best rehabilitation and assisted living corporations in the country and has vast amounts of knowledge and experience in caring for seniors.
