Las Casitas Assisted Living is a 15-bed assisted living facility located in Burbank, CA. We cater to seniors that need assistance with their activities of daily living. Las Casitas Assited Living can provide more individual attention than the large assisted living facilities, but allows more privacy than small assisted-living homes that occupy five or six seniors.

The Tolucan Times says, "More of a Spanish villa vacation resort than residential care facility, this 15-unit family-oriented living community provides a quiet and luxurious respite for anyone needing a little help wiht basic routines and a built-in set of neighbors that is just the right size." Each of the meals are prepared by an in-house chef three times a day.

Snacks are also provided throughout the day. Because of Las Casitas' small size, the assisted living facility provides individual attention to seniors in need. Las Casitas Asssited Living also caters to prescribed diets. The in-house chef can also provide for individual tastes and desires.

About Us
Report
Our facility accomodates 15 residents.
We purposely chose this number as it allows us to provide excellent care and individual attention to each and every resident.
I, along with my husband Dr. Gonzalez, have been working in the medical field for almost 25 years.
Dr. Gonzalez is a primary care physician and I am a Registered Nurse.
With our experience in the health industry, we realize that each individual is unique and has their own likes and dislikes.
We cater to each individual and accomodate for each of their own individuality.

NORTHWEST DISTRICT -- With Las Casitas slated to open late next month, owner Sheila Gonzalez plans to offer a third choice for seniors in types of assisted-living care.
Las Casitas, a 15-unit, 5,500-square-foot building at 1633 N. Hollywood Way, will provide more individual attention than the 145-unit Belmont Village, but will also allow more privacy than small assisted-living homes that occupy five or six seniors, Gonzalez said.
It's like life.
A small group of people conflict sometimes, and a lot of the patients get disoriented and overwhelmed at the bigger facilities, she said.
