As a resident's need for support increases over time, monthly functional assessments are used to change care plans and ensure continued appropriate care. We just want to tell all of you how much we appreciated the care, concern and love you all have given to Verna. It is a very difficult decision to take a loved one who has lived independently in her own home and move her almost 300 miles to a new location with other seniors who were also in need of a safe environment to live.
