This FREE service will help whether you're in a crisis situation or planning for the future. We'll guide you through the maze of information on senior housing by meeting with you personally. Our years of experience and knowledge will give you the confidence you need to make an educated decision. With a decision this difficult, it's nice to talk face to face.
However, that may not be the most beneficial for you. With one place to call, our first appointment will give you all the information you need to start. Whether your desire is independent living with a continuum of care or your loved one needs assisted living, we will guide you through the whole process. We are not an online service giving you a list of names and phone numbers, expecting you to do this search on your own.
One place to start, one place for information, one place to talk with someone, and one place to guide you. Learn the differences and view a digital portfolio of assisted living in Traverse City and surrounding counties, as well as, independent living senior apartments.

Below are descriptions of the senior housing options and the differences between them.
Each home has it's own policy for what is included in the rent and the cost for levels of care.
What does independent living mean?
A person who is able to do all their own Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) such as, bathing, dressing, cooking, shopping, etc. living in their own home or condo that they maintain.
When a person moves to a retirement complex they have generally downsized to an apartment and no longer have to be concerned with mowing, gardening, or replacing appliances; the complex takes care of all this.
