Evenings Porch Assisted Living
Evening's Porch Assisted Living is a warm, welcoming, and active senior community. Our small, 16-bed senior home offers a very personal approach to care. We nurture independence and emphasize a high quality of life in every way possible, including organic meals, therapeutic activities, and cutting edge care techniques. The staff at Evening's Porch is a special group.

The individuals who work with our residents are genuinely engaged with the people who live here. They let our residents know there is always someone available to assist them, to listen to them, and to truly hear their needs and concerns. And with our outstanding staff retention, it's like an extended family. A good meal just makes your day go better.

Our kitchen staff lovingly prepares home-cooked, organic meals made with locally-sourced food. At Evening's Porch, seniors can be as active as they want! We have regularly scheduled activities and events, and our 14-passenger bus allows us to take residents to community events and local points of interest.

About Us
Report
At Evening's Porch, we understand that the loss of independence can sometimes be a powerful blow.
The decision to transition to assisted living can be difficult for individuals and families.
We also know that life in assisted living can be happy and fulfilling, and we work diligently to make sure our residents have every opportunity to enjoy a home-like atmosphere where they feel nurtured and respected.
In fact, our founder, Lee McCutchen, experienced life in an assisted living first hand after surviving a major car accident.

Lee’s Story
Report
I built and opened Evening's Porch Assisted Living in 2014.
My mother had suffered a stroke, and I set out to build a facility where I knew she would receive the best possible care.
Fortunately, her health improved as we were building, and she would not need to move in for several years.
Little did I know I would be a resident at Evening's Porch before she was.
We opened our doors in October of that year, and soon had a few residents living at our small facility.
We continued to grow.
I had numerous injuries, including whiplash and concussion issues.
