About

He moved to Findlay, and it was here that he became prominent in business and financial circles.
Originally in the grocery business, he joined George Arnold in the operation of a flour mill.
This eventually became the McManness Milling Company at 310 East Crawford Street.
Judson Palmer also served as president of the Farmers Bank and was married to Katherine Lautzenhals.
Although Judson Palmer passed away in 1919 and his wife in 1939, it was their desire to establish a trust fund which would be used to provide a home for any woman - aged 55 or older - in need and in good health.
