Our mission at Family Tree Assisted Living is to provide a social atmosphere in a setting of luxury and comfort while encouraging the highest level of independence possible for each of our residents. We take great pride in treating each of our residents as we would our own family members, with the respect, dignity, and love they deserve. Family Tree is a vibrant, fun part of the community, but foremost, it is home to our residents.
Our all inclusive community is here to provide housing, gourmet meals, socialization, health care, and any other needs that our residents may have, all provided by our 24-hour on-site professional and caring nursing staff. You have come to the right place for Type l & Type ll or Independent walk out patio units in Northern Utah. At Family Tree we ensure the highest level of care for each resident and encourage them to communicate to our staff their individual needs.

West Point city is a hidden jewel in Davis County, the rural but classy feel of this little community is truly Heaven on Earth.
Many thanks to former Mayor John Petroff Jr., Jerry Chatterton, Boyd Davis, and the others at West Point City for taking a chance on us as their very first commercial building inside their city back in 2005.
We are located in the heart of downtown West Point, with a residential neighborhood to our north and fire station and city hall to our south, we find ourselves in an ideal location.
