This means that we withhold and contribute to taxes, Social Security and Medicare, and we file all necessary tax reports.
We provide worker's compensation coverage, liability insurance and are bonded.
Since we are a contracted provider of the CT Homecare Program for Elders our caregivers receive a formal orientation and continuing education covering company policies, customer service, safety, infection control, confidentiality, safe food prep, Alzheimer's/ Dementia care, OSHA, bloodborne pathogens, assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), Elder Abuse & Neglect, and defensive driving.
